Your life looks great in pictures and on paper, but how does it really FEEL?
Most people would rather live in their own rationalizations, (rational lies), than change. Believe me, I do get it.
Self-reflection, taking an honest look at yourself, doesn’t always feel good. Sometimes it can be very painful. It requires giving up some things, and often loving others from a distance. It also requires stepping out of your comfort zone. We may not really want to do this, but it is necessary if we want our lives to be different.
So, how is lying to yourself serving you?
Aren’t you tired of being sick and tired? The incongruency between the way you know your life could be vs the way it is right now, is literally draining your energy.
It’s like trying to hold a beach ball under water. Have you ever tried this? If you have, then you know you can’t. It takes a lot of energy, and just keeps popping up in other places.
The same happens to us. Trying to suppress your emotions will sap our energy, and those unresolved emotions will show up in other places like your physical health, mental health and overall well-being.
If your life, your health, your overall well-being isn’t where you want it to be, it should be evident to you, that something is out of alignment.
When will you decide you will not live this way for one more day?
Once you make that decision, everything changes.
Ask yourself, “What am I doing that’s creating my current experience?” Think about that. Have you ever actually asked yourself that question? Or have you just accepted a less than optimal state of being as “normal” for you?
Ask the right questions about the way your life is now and what needs to be done to make it better. The answers you come up with will guide you to begin creating a healthier and better future.
Seek advice or guidance from people who are living the kind of life you want to live. A great life isn’t going to happen overnight. You have to decide to consciously create it!
And when you decide to create a greater life from the inside out, you empower others to do the same, and you bring prosperity to your own home and family.
Your mental, emotional, and physical health is your generational wealth!
